At RtA Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all RtA designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
